Rental Fees

Note 1: For Parker Parties to keep their rental prices as low as possible, they are reflective of the customer supplying help with the set-up and again with the take-down (1-2 people of good strength needed; number of helpers is dependent on the inflatable rented). If this is a problem, please let Beverly know and she can hire an extra set of hands (or two, depending on which inflatable is wanted). This additional cost would be added to the rental price.

Note 2: We travel for our of town customers! Travel fees are based on how many roundtrips are needed and are calculated at $1.25/km based on the one direction only (e.g Lethbridge to Taber is 50kms @ $1.25/km = $62.50 per roundtrip). Rental 2hr or less is one roundtrip while rentals over 2hr is two roundtrips (delivery and pick up). To save on travel fees, ask if pick-up and return is an option!

Note 3: Parker Parties does not charge GST (we aren’t yet required to).

We divide our pricing into 3 categories

• Small closed - Events hosting under 30 users and not open to the public (e.g. birthday party).
• Large closed - Events hosting 30+ users and not open to the public (e.g. church/school event, family reunion, etc.).
• Open - Events open to public celebration (e.g. city celebration).

Rental times are between 8am and 8pm.
